From the guide
This guide explains the legal map around Milwaukee. It does not take wagers.
In-person sports betting in Wisconsin is tribal. You place the bet on casino property, and at Potawatomi you have to be 21. The Milwaukee room is at Potawatomi Casino Hotel.
On 9 April 2026 Governor Tony Evers signed Assembly Bill 601, which authorizes tribal online sports betting on a hub-and-spoke model: the servers sit on tribal land, and each tribe that would offer an app has to amend its gaming compact first. As of 18 October 2026, that statewide app is not something you can open in Walker's Point.
Start with retail if you are going in person, online if you are asking about a Wisconsin sportsbook app, prediction markets if the question is Kalshi, Underdog, or Polymarket, or the guides if you want the longer version.
